There are a number of sand bunkers incorporated into the course design, but the fairways are wide open. The greens are exceptionally large and fast, so three putts are frequent occurrences.

Enjoy the course; have played it before, and will again. Other than the 9th hole, which is my least favorite; the layout works well. 8 of us had a great time. Staff was good; left us alone. When we did see them, greeting with a smile

The greens are way too fast for the average golfer; the price is high for the area; the 'discount' for the Golf Card is negligable and you can't play with this card until after 10:30.
